Maintenance via phone, email, text, or visit the office.
What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
They can call the office line and will be directed to the on-call maintenance employee to let them in; the fee is $75.
What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)
The maintenance supervisor and technician.
Is your property pet-friendly?
No.
Does your property offer on-site parking?
Yes.
Is your property parking free or paid?

Do you offer furnished units?
2 bedrooms are partially furnished with living room furniture.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Online with checking account or credit card; in the leasing office/rent dropbox with a check or money order.
Is your property smoke-friendly?
No.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
24-48 hours depending on each applicant's background/credit (could be longer for those pending criminal checks).
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Internet/cable, water, sewage & garbage.
